The Senior Manager of Payments Product and Vendor Management will lead the optimization, development and commercial success of BetMGM Payments, Risk and Fraud. The ideal candidate will possess deep payments expertise (with special consideration given to candidates with gaming experience) and have extensive vendor management, commercials and negotiation expertise. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Risk, Fraud & Payments and may operate independently with accountability over their area of responsibility. The position will oversee employees in one or more functional areas, set priorities and deadlines aligned with company goals, establish quality control measures, and provide training and mentoring to staff. The role involves actively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serving as a reliable liaison for the Customer Operations team. Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for payments and vendor management systems aligned with company goals.

Lead the Product Team to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and develop business cases for new initiatives, including ROI analysis and risk assessment.

Own the vendor selection, onboarding, and evaluation process for third-party payment and financial service providers. Negotiate contracts and SLAs to ensure favorable terms and performance standards.

Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.

Track vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.

Set KPIs and success metrics for product performance and vendor relationships.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration and prioritize product features based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk policies in all payment-related products.

Manage and optimize payment processing infrastructure, including gateways, processors, and alternative payment methods.

Implement feedback loops from users and stakeholders to continuously improve products and processes.

Essential Functions

Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time Qualifications Experience: 7+ years leading product teams, vendor management and commercial negotiation in Technology, Financial Services, Payments, Ecommerce and/or Online Gaming

Cross-Functional Skills: Comfortable in a matrixed environment, with proven ability to partner across Product, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering teams to integrate and optimize solutions

Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and oversee the development of complex solutions in a fast-paced environment

Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for cross-functional teams and executive leadership

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 to $181,334. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.
