PE-backed Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is undergoing a major digital transformation backed by private equity investment. At the core is a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) rollout, consolidating multiple legacy ERPs into a single enterprise platform. The CIO will drive this transformation, oversee broader technology initiatives, and align IT strategy with business growth and investor objectives. Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O, ensuring business-wide adoption. Define and deliver an IT strategy that supports PE value creation plans, scalability, and M&A integration. Modernize the digital landscape, including data & analytics, automation, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms. Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical setting. Drive cultural change and strong IT governance across the enterprise. Qualifications
Must have: Hands-on leadership of a D365 F&O implementation and prior experience in a private equity–backed business. 15+ years of IT leadership with proven success in digital transformation and ERP consolidation. Industry experience in pharma, life sciences, or manufacturing strongly preferred. Strong executive presence, change leadership, and ability to engage at board and investor level. The client will be conducting interviews over the next 4 weeks, with the goal of appointing a new CIO within 6–8 weeks of the process commencing.
