Candidate
must reside in one of the following states: NC, FL, TN, AL, GA
Responsibilities:
Engage and Qualify:
Follow up with inbound leads from various channels (website, webinars, email, social media, etc.) and drive them towards discovery calls and qualified pipeline opportunities.
Identify and Understand:
Research and identify key decision-makers, asking insightful questions to uncover their real business needs and challenges.
Track and Manage:
Utilize
HubSpot (a must-have)
to meticulously track engagement, log all touchpoints, and maintain accurate records of your activities and outcomes.
Collaborate and Optimize:
Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to continuously optimize messaging, refine lead handoff processes, and enhance conversion strategies.
Analyze and Improve:
Provide valuable, actionable feedback on campaign performance, content engagement, and overall lead quality to drive continuous improvement.
Achieve and Exceed:
Consistently hit or exceed your lead conversion KPIs and activity targets, including calls, emails, and meetings set.
Qualifications:

oal-oriented, competitive, and proactive
—you're a self-starter who takes initiative.
Minimum
2–4 years of experience
in a sales, business development, or SDR role (inbound or hybrid).
Proficiency with
HubSpot required
and ideally have experience with platforms like Lead Forensics, Cognism, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator.
Demonstrate
excellent communication skills
and ability to uncover critical information.
O
rganized, disciplined, and comfortable
managing a high volume of inbound leads efficiently.
Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and consultative sales principles.
Financial planning, analytics, or SaaS solutions experience preferred.
