We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance department, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance of the community. Oversee the maintenance management system (TELS) to track work orders, schedules, and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying areas for improvement or repair. Manage HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for troubleshooting and system enhancements. Develop project management plans for maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including high voltage and low voltage systems. Interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment types. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance schedules. Requirements Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on industrial maintenance. Strong supervisory experience with a track record of effective team leadership. Proficiency in mechanical knowledge, electrical systems, HVAC, and industrial maintenance practices. Excellent project management skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of safety standards related to high voltage electrical work. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
