Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance management, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the maintenance team in performing routine and emergency repairs on equipment and facilities. Develop and implement maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Manage projects related to facility upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and HVAC systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Train and mentor team members in best practices for industrial maintenance, schematics interpretation, and equipment operation. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules. Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in accordance with company policies and safety guidelines. Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. Proficient in electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their troubleshooting. Experience with HVAC systems and facilities management practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
