We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to lead our catering operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a proven track record in outside sales, account management, and business development. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent customer service to ensure the successful execution of catering events while building lasting relationships with clients. Duties Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote catering services. Manage outside sales efforts to generate new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. Cultivate relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service. Conduct product demos and upselling techniques to enhance client engagement. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering orders. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the territory. Negotiate contracts with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies. Provide training and support to team members in sales management techniques. Requirements Proven experience in catering management or a related field with a focus on B2B sales. Strong skills in outside sales, territory management, and direct sales strategies. Familiarity with CRM software for effective account management and lead tracking. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach. Ability to perform market analysis to inform business development strategies. Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
