We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, with a focus on B2B environments, and have the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while effectively promoting our products and services. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Negotiate contracts and close deals while upselling additional products or services as appropriate. Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales Strong skills in account management, territory management, and direct sales strategies. Familiarity with technology and different software systems Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop strategic plans. Experience in lead generation techniques and cold calling practices is a plus. A background in retail sales or inside sales can be beneficial but is not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
