Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and a strong understanding of fabrication processes. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. The Welder will work on construction sites and in manufacturing environments, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. Responsibilities 2nd shift position Perform MIG, FCAW, and Stick welding on various materials including sheet metal and steel. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively. Conduct fabrication tasks including assembly of components and ductwork installation. Operate machinery such as press brake machines and plasma cutters as needed. Ensure compliance with ASME codes & standards during all welding operations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Engage in rigging operations for heavy materials when necessary.
