Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers and assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum that promotes the holistic development of infant, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards. Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom management strategies. Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention. Engage in regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices in teaching and curriculum development. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Requirements: Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures as applicable to early childhood education. Experience in lesson planning, tutoring, and classroom experience is highly desirable. Understanding of Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus. Ability to manage diverse classroom dynamics while ensuring each child's needs are met. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
