VP of Human Resources The HR Generalist is a key member of the Corporate Support HR team, providing broad support across compliance, HR operations, engagement, recruitment, and HRIS for skilled nursing facilities nationwide. This role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Responsibilities
Ensure HR compliance (I-9s, job descriptions, EEO-1, OSHA). Maintain onboarding materials, HR policies, and performance review tracking. Manage ADP reporting, system cleanup, benefits data accuracy, and PTO migration. Support employee engagement initiatives (surveys, recognition, newsletters, events). Partner with facilities on communication, culture, and HR clean-up projects. Audit background checks, references, and maintain job descriptions. Assist with handbook updates and company events. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years HR experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-site support. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and processes. Proficiency in ADP required; other HRIS experience a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. SHRM certification preferred; equivalent experience considered.
