Senior Negotiator - Costa Mesa
We are working with a well-respected Personal Injury Law firm in Costa Mesa seeking a Senior Negotiator. As a Senior Negotiator, you will leverage your legal expertise, negotiation skills, and knowledge of personal injury law to ensure fair outcomes. What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Expertise in personal injury law and insurance policies Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to assess risk and maximize settlement values What to expect:
Review case files, evidence, and legal documents to determine settlement value Draft and review settlement offers, counteroffers, and final agreements Develop negotiation plans for each case and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients for the highest settlements possible Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to strengthen case arguments Communicate with clients regarding their settlement or, if needed, the reasons for litigation Negotiate settlements exceeding $1 million Pay/Benefits:
