Title: Program Manager Location: Menlo Park, CA Duration: 6 months Compensation: $56/hr - $76/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Responsibilities
Be a company-level expert and advocate for the Partner Ops team, coordinating across partner teams including Payments Partnerships, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Engineering. Investigate reported escalations across multiple channels, while providing timely and accurate responses to our partners. Develop and implement scalable solutions to support our global partners. Develop and maintain standard internal project and process documentation. Drive efficiency, productivity and customer-experience improvements. Influence external partners effectively. Become an expert in core risk and support infrastructure, tools, systems, and data. Qualifications
Knowledge of payment processing and risk systems. Experience working in an ambiguous space and driving projects from ideation to launch. Ability to assess, analyze and resolve complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise concepts. Benefits
