5-7+ years of experience
Strong proven experience in payment processing and risk systems (very important!).
Experience working in an ambiguous space and driving projects from ideation to launch.
Ability to assess, analyze and resolve complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise concepts.
Experience problem solving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Be a company-level expert and advocate for the team coordinating across partner teams including Payments Partnerships, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Engineering.
Investigate reported escalations across multiple channels while providing timely and accurate responses to our partners.
Develop and implement scalable solutions to support our global partners.
Develop and maintain standard internal project and process documentation.
Drive efficiency, productivity, and customer-experience improvements.
Influence external partners effectively in collaboration with the Payment Partnerships team.
Become an expert in core risk and support infrastructure tools, systems, and data.
Investigate reported escalations across multiple channels, while providing timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders and/or partners.
Day-to-day partner management
Adyen (core + LPMs)
Ebanx and Dlocal (LPMs)
Chargeback and fraud compliance program tracking
Invoice management
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $93.00/hr.
