$57,161.00/hr - $75,738.00/hr Summary

Under the supervision of the VP of Development & Asset Management of Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS), the Real Estate Data Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing FWHSs real estate data software platform (Dealpath) and leading the implementation of an updated agency-wide data platform (Yardi). The ideal candidate will have strong experience with data systems in real estate or asset management environments and the ability to bridge operational needs with technical solutions. Essential duties and responsibilities

The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. Serve as the primary administrator for Dealpath, including user support, training, configuration, and permission management. Monitor and optimize workflows, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance Dealpath functionality and reporting capabilities. Develop dashboards and reports to support investment and asset management decisions. Coordinate with IT, Finance, and other departments to assist the Asset Management department in Yardi implementation; act as the primary liaison for Asset Management team to ensure system configuration aligns with operational needs. Gather and document business requirements, define data migration strategies, and ensure data integrity during software transitions. Assist in the development of materials and content for training sessions; serve as implementation support contact for the Asset Management staff. Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs that support asset-level and portfolio-level performance tracking. Perform data analysis to support decision-making related to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and capital projects. Ensure data integrity across Dealpath, Yardi, and related platforms through regular audits and quality control. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in finance, real estate, data science, information systems, or related field. Must possess a valid Texas Drivers License and have a clean driving record (fewer than 3 moving violations in the last 3-year period) and must maintain licensure and clean driving record for the duration of employment and be eligible for coverage under FWHSs fleet insurance policy.

Skills and Experience

2 or more years of experience in data analytics, systems implementation, or asset management in the real estate industry. Previous practical experience with Yardi and/or Dealpath is strongly preferred. Highly skilled at producing data reports in Excel and other software platforms. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), ArcGIS, and/or CoStar is preferred. Ability to prepare and present ideas in English, in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing. Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Knowledge of principles of real estate investments and asset management operations.
