What Were Looking For -25 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or market analysis. -Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ARGUS a plus. -Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge of real estate market fundamentals, valuation methods, and investment metrics. -Ability to distill complex data into actionable reports and presentations. -Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
