Senior Fund Accountant - Private Equity - Boston - Hybrid - Salary DOE

We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant based in Boston. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of PE accounting experience. CPA is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review capital contribution and distribution calculations, management fee calculations, monthly cash reconciliations, expense schedules and income calculations
• Prepare and review quarterly incentive allocation models
• Prepare financial statements on a quarterly/annual basis
• Prepare materials for annual audit
• Coordinate the communication of distributions, capital calls and capital balances
• Answer investor inquiries and requests
• Manage timelines established with clients
• Working knowledge of all key systems and CRM platforms
• Provide direction to junior staff members on various projects and inquiries, and review material prepared by junior staff members
