Human Resources Generalist
to join our team. This role may be based in Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Phoenix, AZ; or Tucson, AZ. The position involves both administrative and strategic responsibilities, including HR policy interpretation, employee relations, data management, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits management. You will collaborate with the HR team and corporate counterparts to ensure smooth communication and administration of HR programs. Responsibilities include: Compiling and analyzing HR data for reports and presentations. Advising on HR policies, employee relations, leave, benefits, and recruitment. Maintaining HR files and system information. Using complex data to develop actionable insights. Supporting HR programs and procedures. Participating in recruitment activities. Ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may substitute. At least 5 years of HR-related experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR Generalist role. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Vantagepoint, ADP, and benefit systems is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $60,000 - $78,000 annually. Benefits include paid holidays, healthcare, PTO, 401(k) matching, flexible schedules, and remote/hybrid options. Opportunities for professional development, mentorship, tuition reimbursement, and career advancement.
