Senior HR Generalist , you will serve as a partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. You will collaborate across the organization to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business goals and ensure compliance with HR practices. This is a broad global human resources position with key focus areas including benefits, talent management, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for employee engagement, development, and retention. Analyze HR metrics to assess trends and support data-driven decision-making. Facilitate employee relations processes, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformations. Develop the company's LMS to promote employee development and foster a high-performance culture. Establish credibility by being an effective listener and problem solver. Execute HR functions such as benefits programs, onboarding, training, performance management, and global employee engagement. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on benefits, training, and employee relations preferred. Bachelors degree in business or HR preferred. Strong attention to detail and strategic insight into organizational needs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Self-directed with excellent organizational skills.
