New York Life Insurance Company is seeking a Director of Recruiting/Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiting Assistant to assist a New York Life recruiter in the sourcing, recruiting, and selection of new and experienced Life Insurance Agents, Registered Representatives, and Sales Managers. You will be responsible for assisting with the full cycle of the recruiting process. This is a key role inside a high growth office. Base pay range

Assist a New York Life recruiter with the full cycle of the recruiting process for Life Insurance Agents, Registered Representatives, and Sales Managers. Source, screen, and select candidates; schedule screening interviews; manage the three-interview selection process. Conduct and/or attend networking meetings; maintain candidate outreach and scheduling; refresh job postings on all sites. Develop and manage a referral network to source recruiting leads. Maintain all incoming applications and coordinate screening interviews. Stay up to date on current recruiting trends, tools, and technology. Qualifications and Proficiencies
Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Developing a referral network to source warm recruiting leads Experience mining resume databases and making outbound calls Ability to conduct 30 monthly screening interviews and manage a 3-interview process Ability to attend/network around 40 meetings per month Experience managing job postings and screening candidates efficiently Knowledge of recruiting for Insurance Agent/Registered Representative/Sales Management positions About New York Life
