Human Resources Generalist
supports our business by providing comprehensive HR support to manufacturing sites, primarily in Maumee, OH, and other locations. This role partners with leaders to drive employee engagement and build a high-performing workforce. Essential Job Functions
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with Global Talent Management to manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes. Compensation & Benefits:
Collaborate with Total Rewards to develop competitive pay and benefits programs, analyze data, and recommend adjustments. Employee Development:
Design and implement training programs and facilitate sessions. HR Compliance, Data, and Projects:
Ensure compliance with laws, analyze HR data, support projects, and manage HRIS processes. Employee Relations:
Provide guidance on policies, oversee employee relations issues, support management, and coordinate employee activities. Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. At least two years of HR experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS. Strong talent acquisition skills and knowledge of employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced HR certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP). Experience with SuccessFactors, labor relations, and manufacturing environments. Benefits
