The Integrated Agency Director , a part of our Client Solutions team, leads and manages multiple complex client accounts across various marketing disciplines and sister agencies, acting as the senior day-to-day liaison between the agency and clients. Reporting to the Vice President, this person will be responsible for overseeing strategic planning, budget management, and highly matrixed cross-functional team coordination to ensure integrated campaign success and exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires an understanding of media, ideally franchisee experience, and the ability to articulate and leverage a full spectrum of marketing services, including SEO/GEO, Creative, Social, Email, Direct Mail, and CRM. Key Responsibilities

Lead senior-level client relationships and partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact and an influential advocate for integrated agency solutions. Oversee day-to-day operations and project delivery across multiple account teams and diverse disciplines (creative, strategy, digital, media, SEO+, email, search), ensuring seamless collaboration across all involved agencies. Develop and implement strategic growth plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue growth by effectively showcasing the combined value of all agency capabilities. Ensure account profitability through meticulous budget oversight, strategic resource allocation, and performance management across all integrated efforts. Approve integrated campaign strategies, creative deliverables, and timelines, ensuring strong alignment with complex client goals and a cohesive brand message. Mentor and support the client solutions team, fostering professional development and a culture of cross-agency collaboration. Report on account health, provide comprehensive business views across disciplines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to senior leadership. Act as the primary escalation point for client or delivery issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations to achieve client satisfaction. Collaborate extensively with internal integrated leads across all departments and with kyu partners, championing the delivery of truly integrated campaigns. Support new business pitches and client onboarding, showcasing the agency's full suite of integrated capabilities. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). 7-10+ years of agency account management experience, with substantial leadership responsibility over integrated, multi-agency accounts. Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large, complex client portfolios, including a deep understanding of media planning and execution. Strong commercial acumen with extensive experience in budget management and driving revenue growth within an integrated agency model. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the gravitas to command a room and instill confidence with senior clients and cross-agency leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working closely with senior clients and cross-agency leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and proactive problem-solver. Significant franchisee experience is a strong plus. Base Salary: $140,000 - $173,000 Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 10% ($14,000 - $17,300) Target Total Cash: $154,000 - $190,300 Benefits
