Lead senior-level client relationships and partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact and an influential advocate for integrated agency solutions. Oversee day-to-day operations and project delivery across multiple account teams and diverse disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration across all involved agencies. Develop and implement strategic growth plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue growth by showcasing the combined value of all agency capabilities. Ensure account profitability through budget oversight, strategic resource allocation, and performance management across all integrated efforts. Approve integrated campaign strategies, creative deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with complex client goals and a cohesive brand message. Mentor and support the client solutions team, fostering professional development and cross-agency collaboration. Report on account health, provide comprehensive business views across disciplines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to senior leadership. Act as the primary escalation point for client or delivery issues, resolving problems to achieve client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal integrated leads and partners to champion truly integrated campaigns. Support new business pitches and client onboarding, showcasing the agency's full suite of integrated capabilities. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). 7-10+ years of agency account management experience with leadership over integrated, multi-agency accounts. Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and large client portfolios with deep understanding of media planning and execution. Strong commercial acumen with extensive experience in budget management and revenue growth within an integrated agency model. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the gravitas to engage senior clients and cross-agency leadership. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working closely with senior clients and cross-agency leadership as a trusted advisor and proactive problem-solver. Significant franchisee experience is a strong plus.
