Must Haves: Certifications (Cisco CCNP Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer, or Avaya ACIS.) 5+ yrs of Unified Communication xp (VoIP and/or UCaaS) 3+ yrs of SaaS Phone (Salesforce APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms) 3+ yrs of SIP, PBX, VoIP, and cloud-based phone systems (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, 8x8). 2+ yrs of Networking fundamentals (QoS, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs) 2+ yrs of CRM and Contact Center integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
