to join a growing team. This is a new headcount role designed to provide high-level support and take on key responsibilities from a senior HR professional. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and be ready to contribute immediately to a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage
401k administration
and related employee inquiries. Oversee
FMLA
leave management and compliance. Serve as a resource for the junior HR team. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure efficient HR operations.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in a human resources role. Proficiency with HRIS software; experience with
UKG
is a plus. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including benefits administration and leave management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a temporary position. The HR team is currently growing and offers significant opportunities for professional advancement. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of
