The Americas Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in implementing marketing initiatives to drive demand generation at both the end-user and channel partner levels. This role strengthens relationships with our sales and channel partner networks and executes marketing activities aligned with the company’s strategic plan. This role is fully remote and reports to the Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This position offers an opportunity to build and lead a high-impact marketing function in one of Datalogic’s most promising markets, with a visible and immediate impact on sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage direct and indirect channel marketing activities, defining and coordinating campaigns in collaboration with local channel sales teams.
  • Drive demand generation across all industries and business units, with measurable KPIs tied to lead creation and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Develop high-impact content and assets for campaigns, including webinars, white papers, case studies, and more.
  • Support budget management related to lead generation, tradeshows, events, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with the CMO to allocate Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to channel partners, per program guidelines and strategic plans.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and events targeting both partners and end-users, in synergy with local Sales Management.
  • Track and report results and ROI for all marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with local media, including traditional, digital, and social channels.
  • Continuously measure campaign performance using defined KPIs to ensure effectiveness and optimize results.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, Management, or Engineering. An MBA is a plus.
  • Primary Language: English
  • Other Language: Any additional language is a plus
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and team management in North America, ideally within a multinational company.
  • Software knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) is required.
  • Professional Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing and team management in North America, ideally within a multinational company.
    • Proven background in B2B marketing and/or sales of high-tech hardware (preferred) and/or software products.
    • Industry experience in at least one of Datalogic’s core verticals: Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics.
    • Experience operating in a multichannel environment—manufacturer to distributor to end user.
    • Strong understanding of modern, digital-first marketing and sales platforms, including CRM systems.
    • Skilled in digital marketing and social media for both brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (for campaign execution, lead scoring, and assignment).
    • Ability to use design tools to create digital content across email, social media, webinars, etc.
    • Experienced in creating content that resonates with different levels within an organization.
    • Capable of providing creative direction for product marketing activities, sales enablement tools, and customer training programs.

  • Number of opportunities created and won from marketing-qualified leads
  • Total value of opportunities influenced and closed as a result of marketing activities
