Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a top-tier international law firm in downtown Los Angeles to find a sharp, experienced Executive Litigation Legal Secretary to support a highly regarded Litigation team. This high-profile role involves supporting two senior Partners-one the head of the practice-and two Of Counsel attorneys. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-driven, calm under pressure, and experienced in federal and state litigation. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a collegial and prestigious legal team. Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Provide executive-level legal administrative support for two Partners and two Of Counsel attorneys. Manage complex litigation support, including state, federal, and appellate e-filings, trial preparation, and calendaring deadlines. Oversee heavy calendar and travel management across multiple time zones. Handle client contact and coordination, draft correspondence, and manage confidential matters with discretion. Assist with pleadings, depositions, scheduling, meeting preparation, and minute book maintenance. Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Travel, Office Services) and vendors. Track deliverables, prepare legal and corporate documents, and process time entries and expenses. Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, maintaining electronic and paper files, and supporting client meetings. Provide high-level executive support, including background prep, research, and sensitive communications. Qualifications

5+ years' experience supporting attorneys in a litigation-heavy executive assistant role, ideally in a law firm. Deep knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures. Proven experience juggling multiple attorney calendars and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and legal research tools like Westlaw. High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation. Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule and supporting after-hours needs when required. Required work hours

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (possibility of earlier start once trained) Location

Brand new downtown LA office (Parking is not covered) Work Schedule
