Litigation Legal Secretary ??
Location:
Berkeley - Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day in office with flex) ??
Compensation:
$83k-$96k
A statewide law practice is seeking a
Litigation Legal Secretary
to provide high-level administrative support to attorneys. This hybrid position offers flexibility while still maintaining in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys with active litigation matters, including case management and filings. Handle administrative agency filings and related litigation documentation. Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and scheduling using CompuLaw (experience a plus). Draft, edit, and proofread legal correspondence and pleadings. Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure deadlines are met. Top Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of recent litigation secretary experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support tools (CompuLaw experience preferred). Ability to manage multiple litigation deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
