Were seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to lead and optimize our digital presence, ensuring a seamless and engaging online customer experience. This role is key to scaling our e-commerce capabilities and driving growth. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings both technical expertise and creative problem-solving to the table. Responsibilities
Website Management & Operations Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Shopify), ensuring functionality and performance. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve user experience issues, improving navigation and website usability. Troubleshoot and collaborate with developers to address technical issues and implement improvements. Content Management Maintain and update product pages, banners, and promotional content to reflect current collections and campaigns. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure the website aligns with Maria Pintos brand identity. Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate across all digital touchpoints. E-Commerce Analytics Monitor and analyze site traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to inform strategies for improvement. Generate reports with actionable insights on sales, performance, and customer engagement. Third-Party Tools & Apps Optimize third-party app integrations and evaluate new tools to enhance the customer experience. Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Newsletter & Marketing Support Coordinate newsletter content with the graphic designer and copywriter, ensuring brand consistency across communications. Assist in deploying email campaigns, tracking engagement metrics, and optimizing performance. Collaboration Across Teams Partner with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service teams to ensure accuracy in orders and stock availability. Communicate e-commerce priorities to internal teams, fostering alignment on key goals. Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years in e-commerce roles. Shopify experience is required; familiarity with tools like Klaviyo or Google Analytics is a plus. Technical & Analytical Skills: Knowledge of UI/UX principles and a strong eye for detail in website management. Experience working with third-party integrations and tools. Ability to gather and interpret data to drive actionable strategies. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Experience: Background in fashion, luxury retail, or direct-to-consumer goods is a plus but not required.
