Lead Windows Administrator
for a Full-Time position. Job Overview
The Lead Windows Administrator will oversee endpoint management and IT workflows to ensure secure and seamless end-user experiences. This role is responsible for patch management, encryption, software deployment, and automation using advanced tools. Responsibilities Lead patch management, testing, and deployment. Oversee encryption and security compliance. Leverage automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible, SCCM, Intune) for workflow optimization. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and system administration. Ensure compliance with security best practices, backup/recovery, and encryption systems. Support M365 and Azure reporting and management.
Required Qualifications
58 years of relevant Windows administration experience. CompTIA A+, MCSE, or equivalent certification. Expert knowledge of Windows workstation imaging, deployment, and patch management. Strong understanding of Active Directory design and security. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Experience with MECM, Intune, and enterprise-level system support.
