Role Overview
A strategic opportunity for an experienced
Business Intelligence Manager
to build and lead the internal reporting and analytics function. This role will drive the development of self-service data tools and dashboards, with a strong emphasis on
data storytelling
and KPI alignment across the business. This is a
hands-on, individual contributor role to start , with clear potential to evolve into a
technical leadership or people management
position as the team grows. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain
interactive dashboards
and
KPI reporting tools
using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Own and scale
self-service analytics
tools across departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track
critical business KPIs . Deliver actionable insights through clear, compelling
data narratives . Train and support business users in accessing and interpreting data. Serve as the
owner of the BI function , ensuring reporting is accurate, accessible, and aligned with strategic goals. Must-Have Skills Strong experience with
Power BI
(preferred),
Tableau , or other modern BI tools. Proficiency in
SQL
for data extraction and transformation. Demonstrated ability to define KPIs and build scalable reporting solutions. Experience building and enabling
self-service reporting environments . Clear communicator with a strong ability to
tell stories through data . Team & Growth Path Begins as an
individual contributor , with cross-functional visibility and high autonomy. Opportunity to grow into a

Operations , with likely expansion into
supply chain ,
