We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to support this growth by helping us build a strong, high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across multiple departments, including sales, operations, customer support, and other key functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Strategic Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs across multiple departments.
Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry hiring trends and best practices to attract and retain top talent.
HR Support: Assist with onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: 1- 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within sales, operations, or customer support. Bachelors degree required. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. Talent pipeline management skills with a proactive approach to sourcing. The ability to engage passive candidates and effectively communicate employer value propositions. Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
