Shipping Coordinator

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily shipping and distribution operations of the company. This role ensures that products are properly allocated using D365 ERP, released to proper Geographies, packaged, labeled, and shipped in an accurate, timely, and cost-effective manner while maintaining compliance with company policies and shipping regulations. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Reviewing distributor orders to ensure product is properly allocated and released to the correct geographies. Communicating with customer service regarding shipping status and freight estimates and charges. Coordinating daily shipping activities, including preparing shipping documents. Scheduling and tracking shipments using various transportation methods (ground, air, sea). Communicating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintaining accurate records of outgoing shipments and updating tracking information. Inspecting outgoing packages to ensure they meet company standards and shipping regulations. Handling international and domestic shipping, including customs clearance and export documentation. Resolving shipping errors, delays, or customer issues as needed. Monitoring inventory levels of shipping supplies and reordering as necessary. Assisting in improving shipping processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace. Qualifications

Qualifications include: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations. Knowledge of ERP systems in a shipping/warehouse environment, such as Microsoft D365, SAP, or Oracle. EEO Statement
