Senior HR SuccessFactors Systems Analyst

Were seeking an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Analyst to join our HRIS team. This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors HCM platform to support HR operations and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals). Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system updates. Develop custom reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools. Collaborate across teams to identify process improvements and drive automation. Manage and support HRIS projects and system integrations. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field. 46 years of experience with SuccessFactors in a functional/technical analyst role. Proficient in system configuration, reporting, and integration. Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred
SuccessFactors certification(s) Experience with integrations and reporting tools Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
