Provides professional support in the design and administration of Tulane’s compensation practices, policies, and programs, including data preparation and analysis. Supports HR Business Partners (HRBP) and managers on compensation philosophy and practices. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent research skills and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to prepare and communicate compensation recommendations and reports independently. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative skills to work with HR teams, managers, and stakeholders for compensation insights. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving compensation practices. Ability to follow instructions and work independently on tasks. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in human resources, finance, data analysis, or related roles. Relevant education, experience, and certifications may be considered. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HRIS systems like Oracle. Understanding of FLSA and compensation regulations. Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to various audiences. Compensation This position is classified as "exempt, salaried" with a pay grade to be determined.
