The HR Generalist position performs human resources related duties at a professional level, including employee relations, training, and development of department goals and objectives. The role requires maintaining confidentiality in the administration of employee and business information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs. Assist in motivating managers and supervisors to ensure consistent, fair treatment of all employees. Promote effective manager/employee relations. Assist in maintaining a union-free workplace. Maintain confidential employee files, information, records, and reports. Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as ADP, KRONOS, SAP, etc. Assist with annual benefit enrollment. Coordinate with outside providers to offer employer/employee services. Ensure compliance with company code of ethics and conduct. Participate in HR staff meetings and other scheduled meetings. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations/laws. Coordinate employee recognition programs. Conduct employee investigations as needed. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or a 2-year degree in Human Resources with 5 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems is highly desirable but not required. PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus but not mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
