Follow up on all leads and requests for information Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Liaise between buyers and sellers to facilitate transactions Perform due diligence on market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts and business paperwork Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and secure signed contracts Sourcing Leads:

Proactively identify and generate new leads through online platforms, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Lead Management:

Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify them, and manage a pipeline of potential acquisitions, turning leads into profitable transactions through rapport, negotiation, and creating win-win solutions. Property Evaluation:

Conduct thorough market research and property analysis to determine fair market value and investment potential. Negotiation:

Engage with homeowners to negotiate purchase terms and secure contracts. Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, agents, and stakeholders. Market Analysis:

Passion for selling and a drive to succeed Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior phone etiquette Preference for 1+ years in Sales, Acquisitions, or Real Estate Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple deals Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Willingness to learn and take action quickly Compensation:
