Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (Maternity Leave Coverage)
We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to step into a maternity leave coverage role, beginning immediately and continuing through the end of the semester. This full-time position serves elementary students and includes managing a caseload of up to 55 learners across both general education and special education environments.

Job Summary: Offer direct speech and language therapy for students in grades 3–4.
Provide clear and accurate documentation of services delivered and student outcomes.
Carry out initial evaluations and re-evaluations to track student progress and guide interventions.
Implement evidence-based strategies to improve articulation, language, and overall communication skills.
Design, execute, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in alignment with each student’s needs.
Partner with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent student growth and success.
Requirements
ASHA certification is desirable.
Possess an active Speech Pathology license in Illinois.
Hold a Master's Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology or Communication and Sciences Disorders.
