Speech-Language Pathologist (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Schedule:
Full-Time | Immediate Start – January 2026
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage in an Illinois school district. This full-time position begins immediately and will extend through January 2026, offering two distinct assignments within the same district.
From now until the end of October, you will support students in a K–5 elementary setting, providing individualized speech and language services across multiple grade levels. Starting in November, your focus will shift to a preschool caseload, where you will deliver early intervention and communication support for young learners through January.
Role Outline: Maintain thorough and timely documentation to meet compliance standards.
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine needs and monitor progress.
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services aligned with student IEP goals.
Adapt interventions for varying age groups, from early learners to elementary students.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to foster student growth.
Requirements
ASHA certification is essential for consideration.
A Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
Eligibility or possession of an SLP license in the state of Illinois.
