Project Manager Location:

CORTEK is seeking a Program Manager to provide oversight and leadership for the Information Technology and Communication Services (ITACS) support contract at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Headquarters. The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of all contract tasks, ensuring all IT/IM support services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role requires strategic planning, regular reporting, and direct engagement with BUMED leadership to align IT services with mission objectives. Key Responsibilities: Provide single project management oversight to facilitate the successful execution of the BUMED ITACS IT/IM support contract. Designate qualified Lead Personnel for each of the functional areas (Network Operations, SharePoint/Web Services, Cybersecurity, MDM, Help Desk). Prepare and deliver regular progress reports as defined by the ITACS Director. Attend weekly status meetings and conduct regular monthly progress review meetings regarding the status of all contract activities. Provide insight into expenditures, staffing, progress, and risks during monthly reviews. Support strategic and operational planning aimed at improving the overall quality of IT services and optimization of IT accessibility in accordance with the ITACS Change Management Process. Develop schedules, strategies, roadmaps, and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMS) for major IT efforts. Ensure all documentation is technically and grammatically correct and follows BUMED format requirements. Job Requirements and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical discipline. Ten (10) years of related technical experience, including at least five (5) years of IT project management experience. Required Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP ITIL v3 Foundations or current version. Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAM-II certification requirements. Relevant experience in managing IT support services contracts for DoD or Federal agencies. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams. Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must possess a minimum of an active Secret security clearance. About CORTEK:
