Job Description: The Executive Administrator will provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) while coordinating external relations on behalf of the executive office. This role ensures smooth daily operations, manages sensitive communications, and strengthens relationships with partners, board members, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance fast-paced demands with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Manage executive calendar, travel, meetings, and expenses. Draft correspondence, presentations, and handle confidential communications. Prepare briefing materials and ensure the CEO is ready for all engagements. Support governance activities and board-related initiatives. Oversee executive office budget, records, and organization. Serve as liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate outreach efforts, events, and relationship-building activities. Track and flag opportunities for proactive external engagement. Qualifications: 3–5 years of executive support or external affairs experience. Nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven industry background preferred. High school diploma required; advanced education a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom/Teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to serve as a professional gatekeeper. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Perks: Hybrid/flexible work schedule.
