Position Summary
We are seeking a
reliable, detail-oriented Packer
to join our production team and ensure our high-quality printed products are carefully prepared for shipment. This role supports our
Night Shift
(Mon–Wed, 4:30 pm–6:00 am)
OR
our
Weekend Shift
(Fri–Sat, 4:00 am–5:30 pm, Sun 4:00 am–2:30 pm). The Packer is responsible for inspecting, counting, and packing printed labels and packaging materials according to job specifications, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Key Responsibilities
Inspect printed materials for quality, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and defect-free products.
Count, stack, and pack products according to job tickets and customer specifications.
Apply labels, shrink wrap, or other packaging as required.
Maintain accurate production and packing records.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized packing area.
Collaborate with press and finishing operators to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, printing, or packaging environment preferred, but not required (we provide training).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic math and counting skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
Work Environment
Fast-paced production environment near printing and finishing equipment.
Moderate noise level; safety gear provided.
Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion required throughout shift.
