Job Description Description: The Senior Project Manager, Installations is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage equipment installation projects across multiple client sites. This role directly manages installation projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client communications. The Senior Project Manager also collaborates with Project Managers, Dispatchers, and the Warehouse Manager to ensure that installation teams and materials are effectively scheduled, shipped, and delivered. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a focus on client satisfaction, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource needs, for assigned installations. Manage all phases of project execution from pre-installation planning to closeout. Support and coordinate with other Project Managers to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. Track progress, resolve issues, and adjust resources as needed to maintain project success. Financial Management Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and tracking. Review invoices, change orders, and payment applications for assigned projects. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs within projects. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers on assigned projects. Communicate project progress clearly and address client concerns promptly. Support the Account Manager in ensuring client satisfaction throughout the installation process. Quality Control and Safety Ensure installations comply with quality standards, building codes, and client specifications. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting site visits. Document quality checks and safety audits to support compliance. Team Coordination Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers and field staff as needed. Coordinate with Dispatchers and the Warehouse Manager to ensure timely equipment deliveries and team scheduling. Support leadership by reporting manpower requirements and project forecasts. Risk Management Identify risks specific to installations and recommend mitigation strategies. Monitor risk exposure and escalate issues when necessary. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Prepare and distribute regular updates on project performance and status. Warehouse and Logistics Support Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure materials are organized, staged, and delivered on time. Support development of logistics plans to coordinate timely and cost-effective shipping of equipment. Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in equipment installation or construction, with food and beverage experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Experience coordinating teams and cross-functional resources.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes related to installations. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
