Summary The Senior Project Manager, Rollouts is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing national rollout projects for food and beverage equipment installations across multiple convenience store and quick-service restaurant locations in the continental United States. This role involves directly managing rollout projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and client communications, while providing guidance and support to assigned Project Managers and Dispatchers. The Senior Project Manager serves as a bridge between field execution, client needs, and company leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution Develop comprehensive project plans for rollout assignments, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk assessments. Manage all phases of assigned rollout projects, from kickoff to closeout. Provide mentorship and coordination support to Project Managers and Dispatchers as directed by the Director of Rollouts. Monitor progress through reporting and site communication, taking corrective action to keep projects on track. Financial Management Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and tracking. Review invoices, change orders, and payment applications for assigned projects. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within project execution. Client Relationship Management Serve as primary point of contact with clients, architects, and engineers for assigned projects. Communicate project progress and resolve issues in collaboration with the Account Manager. Ensure client satisfaction with completed rollout projects. Quality Control and Safety Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure installations meet company standards. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance. Team Coordination Provide coaching and guidance to Project Managers and Dispatchers as needed. Foster collaboration and accountability across rollout teams. Support resource planning by providing accurate project forecasts to the Director of Rollouts. Risk Management Identify potential risks for assigned projects and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk exposure and escalate concerns appropriately. Reporting and Documentation Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and status reports. Provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders on project performance. Dispatch Coordination Work with Dispatchers to ensure efficient scheduling of installation teams and equipment. Support optimization of dispatch schedules based on project timelines and resources. Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in equipment installation or construction, with national rollout experience preferred. Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Experience guiding teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
