Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop PMO team and lead the day-to-day operations of the PMO, including project tracking, project prioritization, and reporting to leadership. Partner with administrative team and system leadership to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs. Develop and implement standardized project management frameworks, templates, and best practices. Identify and implement PM software. Oversee a portfolio of clinical and operational projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate regular project status meetings, steering committee updates, and risk mitigation planning. Mentor leaders in project management methodologies. Serve as a liaison between clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure alignment and communication Provide and lead transparent reporting to leadership and appropriate committees on project progress, KPIs, risks, and resource needs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, financial, and privacy requirements related to projects. Education and Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field required Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH) preferred Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting but not required 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or PMO role preferred License and Certification Requirements Project Manager Certification Required - PMP, CAPM or Lead Six Sigma
