Sparks is seeking two Human Resource support staff to assist with a volume of diverse requests through phone and email. You'll play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance while ensuring all interactions are documented and handled in alignment with company policies and values. If you have previously worked in a contact center environment and have a bit of Human Resource exposure under your belt we want to talk to you. Position is Monday thru Friday, business day until 6 pm est and 100% remote. Please apply for consideration.

What You'll Do

Respond to and manage a high volume of HR service requests via phone, email, and web-based cases.

Provide accurate guidance on policies and procedures to resolve employee inquiries effectively.

Document service requests thoroughly to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Escalate priority issues when necessary while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Collaborate with teammates to meet service level expectations and ensure seamless support.

Demonstrate strong communication skills and apply up-to-date HR practices in problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience in a call center or contact center environment preferred.

Familiarity with SLAs and high-volume transactional request management.

Strong interpersonal and time management skills with a proven ability to resolve problems effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, RingCentral, ADP, or Enterprise HR (EV4) is a plus.

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

This job is Fully Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $20.00 to $21.00
