Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with and Automobile enthusiast organization and together we are recruiting for a Member Services Representative. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by supporting members through various communication channels including phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage a high volume of data entry, and proficiency in navigating online membership systems. The role is fast-paced and demands multitasking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities : • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity and consistency in service. • Identify and troubleshoot irregularities or issues in member accounts. • Investigate and resolve member concerns, including complex or long-standing issues. • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and support provided. • Document and communicate internal member service processes. • Handle email and phone inquiries related to: • Membership data (e.g., password resets, address changes, renewals, applications). • Event information and inquiries. • Online classified ads (daily coordination for website and magazine postings). • Perform high-volume data entry tasks including: • Address updates. • Membership renewals (1/2/3-year terms via checks and credit cards). • Raffle entries. • Assist with insurance-related tasks: • Maintain event insurance logs. • Upload insurance certificates and Observer's reports. • Process insurance requests. • Manage logs and spreadsheets for memberships and program registrations. • Provide general support for events and membership programs. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Background Profile :

Strong customer service skills. Fast and accurate data processing abilities. High attention to detail. Ability to learn and retain technical information related to membership systems and procedures. Effective phone and email communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

This job is In-Person.

Pay Range: Hourly $22.00 to $25.00
