What You'll Do: • Lead creative, citywide approaches to collecting and analyzing data. • Build dashboards and visualizations that make insights clear and actionable. • Develop performance metrics that measure impact and drive results. • Partner with teams and stakeholders to champion data-driven solutions.
What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience using analytics to improve organizational performance. • Expertise in quantitative/statistical methods and KPI tracking. • Proficiency with STATA, R, SAS, Tableau, GIS, Excel, or similar tools. • Strong communication skills to share insights with technical and non-technical audiences alike. • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven.
