Our client is seeking a polished and proactive
Front Desk Coordinator
to serve as the welcoming face of their practice. This role is ideal for someone with concierge-level service experience who thrives in a high-touch, detail-driven environment. You'll ensure every patient's experience is seamless, warm, and professionally managed from arrival to departure.
Pay: $28-$32/hour DOE. Onsite five days', hours 8.30am - 5.15pm
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and check-in/check-out procedures Maintain a pristine and organized lobby environment Handle phone and email inquiries with discretion and accuracy Support administrative tasks including data entry, inventory coordination, and filing Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
+3 years of experience managing a front desk or concierge service lobby Background in hospitality, spa, or wellness industry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with HIPAA regulations or medical terminology is a plus Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Professional demeanor and client-first mindset
