Our client is seeking a polished and professional
Front Desk Coordinator
to join their luxury med spa in Sandy Springs. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and personable individual to be the
first impression of a high-end aesthetic practice . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional service with precision and care.
If you excel at multitasking, love creating a seamless client experience, and want to be part of a growing and prestigious med spa team, this is the role for you. What You Will Do Greet and check in clients, setting the tone for a five-star experience from arrival to departure. Manage phone lines, emails, and text inquiries with prompt, polished communication. Coordinate appointment scheduling to maximize provider productivity, including confirmations and rebookings. Process payments accurately and manage POS systems with daily reconciliation. Present and explain memberships, packages, and retail offerings to clients; support monthly sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned reception area. Assist with client intake forms, consent paperwork, and treatment flow coordination. Support promotional events and light social media tasks (e.g., capturing client moments with consent). Uphold HIPAA compliance and follow clinic policies and procedures. What You Bring to the Table Minimum of 1-2 years of front desk or administrative experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury hospitality setting. Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and over the phone. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy, detail-oriented environment. Professional demeanor with a warm, client-centered presence. Comfortable discussing services, memberships, and retail offerings to support sales initiatives. Proficiency with EMR and POS software (Aesthetic Record or similar). Availability to work some Saturdays and occasional evenings. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
