Digital Services & Tools Analyst (Part-Time Contractor)

We're looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented contractor to support the Digital Services Model (DSM) program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital tools, automating processes, and helping teams work more efficiently. You'll be part of a team that makes sure everything runs smoothly and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing: • Digital Tools Expert: Learn and support tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Poll Everywhere, PoliteMail, AniMaker, and more. Help u understand how to use them and troubleshoot issues. • License Management: Track and manage software licenses using Airtable. Automate requests and ensure teams get the right access. • Process Automation: Help simplify manual tasks-like sending emails or updating dashboards-by working closely with the automation lead. • AI Approvals: Assist with getting internal approvals for AI tools through the J&J governance process. • Website & Resource Updates: Maintain SharePoint pages, update training materials, PowerPoint decks, and other resources. • Meeting Support: Help prepare for monthly office hours, training sessions, and check-ins with business partners. • Contract & Document Management: Support the renewal and approval process for contracts like MSAs, OTAs, and POs. • Self-Service Metrics: Use tools like PoliteMail to provide automated reports on email engagement (opens, clicks, etc.). • Vendor Coordination: Schedule vendor demos and presentations to showcase new digital tools.

Required Skills & Experience • 2-5 years in a Tech, Digital operations, or Communications role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Powerpoint, Smartsheet, and Airtable • Strong communication and a passion for digital tools and AI • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Salesforce, Poll Everywhere, and Bit.ly • Ability to self-learn and support others with digital tools • Familiarity with contracts and procurement processes (MSAs, POs)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Advanced PowerPoint and SharePoint skills • Passion for digital innovation and operational excellence • Experience with GenAI platforms and process automation is a big plus • Experience with J&J or Kenvue systems and processes
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
